Since 2010, The Room at the Top Events have been involved in some of the most beautiful celebrations in Bartlesville. Our unique venue offers everything needed to create your perfect event. We always make sure to provide our guests with the best services, offering a wide variety of customizable layouts, décor, and design options.

The Johnstone-Sare building features two floors of event space which can be set up with multiple configurations. The space is perfect for any occasion, whether it is a large party or a more intimate gathering. The second floor has boutique hotel rooms which can be booked in conjunction with an event.

Each floor can accommodate 250 guests.

We have access to two large lots behind the building on weekends, which provide plenty of space for guests to park for free.
Can you create a small, intimate setting at this venue?
Our venue is perfect for any sized event, from small gatherings to large weddings. There are two floors, each of which can be configured in multiple ways to accommodate your needs. The Johnstone-Sare can make any size feel special!
Each floor comes with a prep area, which has tables, sink, fridge, and ice maker, as well as men's and women's bathrooms. Some packages include a Bridal Suite for getting ready. Tables, tablecloths and chairs are provided and we will set these up (as well as tear down) for you prior to your event.
There are boutique hotel rooms and a bridal suite on-site.
We have a florist in our lobby, as well as many other vendors located moments away in our downtown area. We do not require you to use any specific vendors along with our space, but we are happy to provide you with a list of vendors that we recommend!

How much does it cost to book an event with JSB?
Our packages range from $500-5,000. Special rates are available depending upon season and day of the week.
Do you work with specific vendor partners?
Are there any restrictions for catering?
There is no charge for bringing in your own catering, snacks, or drinks. If you bring in hard liquor, we do require a licensed bartender.
What type of security is available for the event?
For the safety of our guests, we require every event to have security. This is an additional $50/hr for the duration of your event.
